36 months warranty from shipment date.

Can I get samples? What is sample lead time?

1pc sample available, ship in 3 working days. Sample fee is charged at unit price and is refundable when the bulk order reaches $500. Express is usually freight collect (DHL / UPS).

What is bulk order lead time?

Stock items ship in 2–3 working days; custom items 7–10 working days (after payment / deposit; international freight separate).
