Pricing
FIBERSHOW sells factory-direct from Shenzhen. Selected SKUs may show a reference level when useful — not a scrapeable full factory price sheet. Final commercial price depends on quantity, Incoterm, OEM / packaging options, and destination.

- Project kits, private-label runs, and mixed pallets are quoted case by case
- We do not publish a trader-style “map price” matrix
You deal with the manufacturer, not a trading middleman. Reference levels show competitiveness; the best EXW / FOB number for your quantity comes from the RFQ.
MOQ
Minimum order quantity depends on SKU. Typical range: 1–10 pcs for standard switches, media converters, and copper SFP modules. Higher MOQ may apply for OEM labeling, custom firmware, or project kits. Confirm on each RFQ.
Lead time
- In stock: usually ships within a few working days after payment confirmation
- Build-to-order / OEM: typically 2–4 weeks (confirm per RFQ; peak season may extend)
Payment
Accepted methods (subject to order size and buyer region):
- T/T (bank transfer) — primary method for bulk / project orders
- Collection / VA accounts — bank transfer via collection accounts (e.g. LianLian, Airwallex, PingPong) where available
- Other methods (L/C, PayPal Business, etc.) may be discussed for qualified orders
Deposit / balance split is agreed on the proforma invoice (common pattern: deposit to start production, balance before shipment).

- EXW Shenzhen — default for many RFQs
- FOB Shenzhen — available on request
- CIF / other terms — case by case for larger shipments
Shipping & logistics
We do not publish a fixed online freight table. International rates change by destination, weight/volume, and mode; freight is confirmed with each RFQ / proforma invoice.
- Default: EXW Shenzhen — you may use your own forwarder, or ask us to arrange pickup
- FOB Shenzhen: available on request (delivery to your nominated forwarder / port)
- Samples / small parcels: express (DHL, FedEx, UPS, or equivalent) — quoted after packed weight and destination
- Bulk / project: air cargo or sea (LCL/FCL) — quoted with packing list / CBM
- CIF / door delivery: case by case for larger shipments when you want freight included
On the RFQ, please include destination country (and city if known), preferred Incoterm, and whether the shipment is a sample or a bulk order. We reply with unit price plus a clear freight line (or “freight TBD after packing”) before you pay.
Warranty
Standard limited hardware warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. Coverage period and RMA process are stated on the order / packing list. Damage from misuse, improper installation, power surge, or unauthorized modification is excluded. Details are confirmed with each quote.
Documents & compliance
Commercial invoice, packing list, and (where applicable) certificate of origin or compliance documents can be prepared for customs. Tell us destination requirements on the RFQ.
Product certificates (ISO / CE / RoHS / FCC and similar) are available on request via RFQ after we confirm the exact SKU and market. We do not upload unverified or placeholder certificate files to the public catalog — see Certificates.
